A Mes rate: Bottle at Tom’s UGT Pt. 2.Attractive dark amber brown colour. Rich roasted chocolate malt with a slight dryness. Slight coffee in the finish but otherwise it is straight down the line roasted chocolate malt. Excellent length. Straight down the line but I have to give it kudos for now being over the top.

Bottle at the cads disco dance-off tasting. Alround rating: Roasty, ash, chocolate, harsh over stewed coffee, quite thin and perhaps overly carbonated. Filtered and pasturised?

Bottle at Magic_dave6’s disco dance tasting. Nose is toasted malts, dark brown with a thin beige head. Some chocolate. Mouth is watery burnt malts, finishes lasting and overly malty burnt. Watery but alright.

Great porter. This is a porter I think everybody would love, not too too burnt toast, but just right. Flavor is a bit mild, but inviting with of course a roasty and hop prescence. It’s apperance is very dark, common of the porter class. It’s flavor is a complex array of chocolate and coffee w/ some hop as well. It’s utterly smooth for a porter. This is good stuff.

Bottle at Toms Glasgow tasting 2 ... Deep brown ... peaty woody nose ... sweet little smokey some caramel malts as you swirl ... Bland up front but more character in Background.

aroma of smooth oatmeal and roast. flavor has porter chocolate/coffee notes but also some cola and even root beer. nice carb. mouthfeel is far from sticky, a great porter...a great use of roasted malt.
