It has been quite a few years since I have had this one, and it was happily just as good as I remembered. Pours black, decent head. Enticing aroma of bitter chocolate and coffee. Flavor is a fantastic blend of coffee, bitter dark chocolates, and espresso bitterness on the finish. Rich and satisfying, a highly enjoyable beer. incutrav (576), Woodbury, Minnesota, USA

Lots of chocolate there, but still seems somewhat light on the ol palllllet. I did get some nice hop bitterness out back, which was nice. Not one of my fav porters, probably good cause i cant get it around here! badlizard (2353), Berkeley, California, USA

Not a whole lot of body despite the fact that it starts off with a strong chocolate taste and finishes roasted and mildly of coffee. Not the biggest fan of Porters, but this one is quite drinkable.
