I remembered liking pretty much everything but do not remember specifics. Do remember that they have an excellent brewpub with excellent beer. mrmojo (37), Edmond, Oklahoma, USA

Good rust amber color. Nose - mix of pines and sweetness like caramel. Flavor - Roasted malt, sweet apples, broen sugar. Finish - Hops dryness with bitter-sweetness. Interesting! nuplastikk (1170), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 19, 2009 12oz bottle. A deep unfiltered amber-brown color. Malty brewery mash smell. Amber and caramel malts dominate the flavor, with a far off balanced hopping which adds some crispness. Smooth and sweet. This one is past the best by date and shows in the aroma, I certainly remember the fresher version with higher regard. jamvin23 (162), chicago, Illinois, USA
