| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 4, 2009 Poured from the bottle into a double walled pint glass. Pour produced a dark amber body, topped with an off white head of foam, featuring decent lacing. Sweet, nutty aroma, kind of like pecan pie. Crisp mouthfeel, with a sour flavor, crossing over to dry bitterness at the end. Citrus notes on the palate, with a dry hops note lingering at the end. The beer goes down easily enough, though the bitterness lingers a little too long for my liking. bag (103), Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, USA
