Oct 30, 2008 Very nice amber color, with a light head, there isnt really much aroma. but there is some lacing when drinking it. The taste has hops. with some caramel.

Oct 24, 2008 I’m starting to run out of things to say about all these beers. The problem is that this, like so many is a good beer, but its not great, there’s nothing to put this in my upper echelon, so in a few months I’ll most likely forget all about it.

Oct 23, 2008 Nice copper like pour, with a small light beige color head. Nice malt smell, and taste with a hint of caramel and hops. Well done beer.

Oct 22, 2008 Orange-copper pour with a thin straw colored lace and little head. Big earthy biscuit malt aroma with a hint of molasses, honey, cinnamon, and some ale yeast fruitiness that I can’t quite place. Lots and lots of chewy bread, dough, biscuit, and caramel malt flavors with some fresh fruit and spicy hops on the finish. Solid medium body with plentiful carbonation and a crisp finish. A very tasty and complex, almost ale like lager.

Oct 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours an amber body, sweet and malty. Light hoppiness, caramel malt bready with a touch of nuttyness. A solid lager!

Oct 21, 2008 12oz bottle served in a lager glass. Beautiful sunset amber body topped by nearly two inches of lasting off-white head. The nose is very balanced with some nice malt sweetness and spicy hops struggling for dominance. Flavors of bread, toffee, nuts, and grass. Hops win the battle at the finish though not by much. Superb balance throughout. An excellent, well crafted lager.

Oct 20, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear, beautiful amber-red with a frothy beige head that lasts throughout and leaves good lacing. The aroma is sweet malt. Flavor is sweet malty goodness with a hint of caramel. Nice hop balance. Light to medium body. Finish is short and sweet.

Oct 19, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a dark amber, almost red with a 2 inch head. Sweet and roasty aroma. Flavor is sweet caramel with subtle hops on the finish. Not my favorite style, but very well put together.
