| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 20, 2008 Had this in the bottle at Gracie’s underground in Ferndale, MI. I got this beer because of it’s name, and not really knowing the style, but I figured that any beer named after the man responsible for prohiibition was worth a shot. It pours a hazy amber, with a good head. The flavor was a little too bitter for me. It was quite malty, with some piney notes right on the finish. Not a bad beer, but nothing I would ever get again. taalhiker (179), Dayton, Ohio, USA
