| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 25, 2007 This lager poured a dark orange colour with a nice off white head. To the nose it had scents of apple sauce, sweet malt, caramel and dough just to name a few. Tasted very hoppy with a bitter finish. Almost a light flavour of cider and caramel. Palate was hoppy with the bitterness lasting. swoopjones (1896), Buffalo, New York, USA
