| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 10, 2006 An amber beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity combined with notes of caramel, and a touch of alcohol. The flavor has primary notes of caramel, and a dry mouthfeel that starts quite early, and leads to a bitter hoppy end. theshocker (329), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 9, 2006 Brownish red. Large tan head fades at a medium pace and leaves a small lacing. Malt dominated the aroma, caramel, raisin, oak. Medium to full body, lightly carbonated. Big malty flavor with very little hop presence. Low bitterness. Clean finish. I think this is the highest rated vienna, but for my money Brooklyn Lager blows this away. Papsoe (14841), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 4, 2006 Great looking beer! It is a cool orange color with a tan head. There is a ton of malt in the aroma and in the taste. Very sweet with a nice little bitter bite that stays around. There is also a lot of dark fruit that adds a nice complexity. Some caramel hints can be found as well. Great beer! bdjames29 (272), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Lagers are not my beer of choice but I’ll give anything from GL a shot. I found this beer to be much more favorable on tap. Nice amber, copper color with off head average head. Smell is a bit flat, malty, tea. Flavor is malty, a hint of fruit, tea, nutty a bit. A touch of hoppiness at the finish. A smooth lager. madsberg (4894), Søborg, Denmark
