Poured dark amber, with a white head. Nice lacing on the glass. Aroma sweet, malty, and fruity. Flavor had a mild sweetness and a mild bitterness that mixed well. Caramel notes also present, nice complex brew, flavors really mixed well. Very smooth and easy to drink. I’ve never had a vienna before. Capa (967), Yokosuka, Japan

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 26, 2005 This bottled brew poured a large sized head of foamy fine to medium sized mostly lasting light brown colored bubbles that left behind an unnoted lacing. The body contained average carbonation, was unnoted and dark caramel brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild caramel malt . Its mouth feel is initially tingly smooth with a lingering palate and a caramel malt aftertaste. Its flavor contained malty caramel notes. The flavor lasts a long time into the finish. Very yummy.
