Apr 27, 2005 Poured a nice dark amber color with a decent lingering head. Taste is of nuts with some lingering fruit qualities in the backdrop.

Apr 25, 2005 Bottle: Poured a mid-brown color beer with an above average white foamy head with good retention. Nice malty aroma with some roastiness and some nuts. Taste is quite malty with a smooth creamy taste and light bitterness at the end. Body is fuller then expected and probably fuller then most Vienna I tasted before. Overall, this is real good stuff.

Apr 17, 2005 Malt and a bit of nuts in aroma. Nice and full body with a very tasty malt. A bit chewy and roasty. Ends with a little hops. Very good stuff.

Apr 12, 2005 Nice presenting pale ruby brew. Decent creamy head. Light slightly woody aroma, sweet with noticeable alcohol at the finish. Medium bodied, sweet malts with off raw cabbage like aftertaste. Light bitter finish.

Apr 11, 2005 A very tight and well-balanced beer. Caramel malts and some crisp, floral hops are the main tastes. Taste goes malty, then hoppy, then malty again, and ends with a slight bitter and slight nutty taste. Very nice, very refreshing.

Apr 5, 2005 Light candied malt aroma, copper, pours a large toffee head. Soft malt taste, some light hops too. Light bodied, some bitterness at the finish. A nice beer.
