We are blessed in the midwest to have these breweries. The Elliot Ness is a very nice full flavored smooth as silk offering from GLBC. trappist12 (200), Kansas City, Missouri, USA

Beautiful sunset amber body topped by nearly two inches of lasting off-white head. The nose is very balanced with some nice malt sweetness and spicy hops struggling for dominance. Flavors of bread, toffee, nuts, and grass. Hops win the battle at the finish though not by much. Superb balance throughout. An excellent, well crafted lager. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA

The aroma is caramel and toffee with some citrus and floral hops. The flavor is similar with the malts being ever so slightly more present than the hops. Overall this is pretty well balanced. Medium bodied with good carbonation. WakeandBake (434), Greenville, Michigan, USA
