12 oz bottle. Pours hazy reddish brown with a decent off white head. Smells of pale malts, wheat, and spices. Tastes wheaty, malty, spicy, and sweet. Flavors of some banana, clove, and ginger are prominant, while milder flavors yeast, caramel, dark fruit, and syrup follow up. Nice lasting aftertaste and body.

(bottle from OSLO) Pours nothing like what’s pictured on the left, and instead of a hazy yellow, it’s actually a dark reddish amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma is potent and possesses all aspects of a weizenbock, with clove, tart wheat, banana, and even a hint of spearmint as well. The taste starts out really rich with caramel, toffee, and banana, but this quickly switches to a bone dry finish of tart wheat, spice, and yeast. When cold the finish is somewhat tinny, and is slightly reminiscent of canned salmon, but thankfully this tones down as it warms. Mouthfeel is medium with lively carbonation. Not a bad weizenbock. Thanks Al!

Bottle courtesy of fiver29. Pours a hazy amber with a 2 finger light tan head. The nose is caramel, fruity bubblegum and wheat. The taste is spice, banana bread, fruit and a touch of booze. Medium bodied. Decent brew – thanks John!

Amber pour with nice white head. First smell is of banana, but not overpowering. Some clove aroma. Sweet flavor, slight banana, spiciness from the wheat. Very smooth and flavorful. Slight hint of the high alcohol. Overall, wonderful weizen bock without too much banana.

Caramel malt, banana, clove, yeast nose, more of the same in flavor. Fruit and spice flavor, doughy yeast & slightly boozy but smooth finish.

Dark copper pour. Lots of fruit and spice in the nose. The flavor is lightly sweet with a bit of Bananas Foster to it. Pretty good.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of caramel malts, plums, yeast, banana, and some cloves. Flavor is pretty much the same with the banana and cloves coming out more on the flavor than the aroma. Overall pretty decent.

bottle at Fort Wayne tasting - Pours hazy orange with a lasting head. It has a rich aroma of malt and bananas. This brew has a bubbly palate and tastes of sweet wheat malt with yes, bananas and cloves, along with some caramel and some other spices. Nice brew.
