Compliments of TheBeerOrg. Some good banana, sice and coriander in aroma. Gold body with white big creamy head. Flavor had some lemon zest but tended more to the grain malt for flavor. Good on the palate decent brew, thanks pal.

On tap at the Winking Lizard Crosswoods location. Cloudy copper color with a frothy white head. Yeasty aroma of banana and a bit of pepper and citrus. Malt flavor up front followed by clove and finishes peppery.

Had this on tap @ Gallos Tap Room. Thanks to Rick for inviting me out for a drink. Sweet nose of wheat combined with a sour earthy yeast note. Pours a sparkling golden, typical white tap head. The brew starts sweet with a moderately acidic middle and finishes slightly sour. The light creamy body is lively and slightly cloying at the finish.

Sampled this new GL offering numerous times, it’s not a bad attempt although it just seems as if there’s an odd arrangement of ingredients. Pours bright yellow-orange with a nice frothy head and heavy lacing. Honey and grass aromas with an assortment of spring herbs and spices. Smells fruity with a good yeast quality. Sticky medium body that’s overly sweet. There is a lingering, awkward aftertaste reminiscent of celery. Flavor is yeasty and earthy with fragrant herbs and flowers. Sweet honey and wheat. There’s that damn celery again, really becomes distracting. I think the medley of herbs and plants they use just doesn’t quite meld the way it should. Too busy and off putting. The basic saison qualities are in there, but this beer doesn’t quite work.

Pours hazy yellow. Hints of grass in the smell. Tastes of orange or lemon. Think a german wheat mixed with an IPA.

On tap at the Bocktown, nice place. Looks like a pale lager with a thin teafroth head. Nifty somewhat sour grassy aroma. A little sterile on the tastebuds with a hint of bandaid. Decent carbonation. Bandais carries thru to the finish with a little bitterness in there. Cannot really taste the ingredients listed in the description. Bitterness builds to a medium level towards the end of the session.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma was spicy, musty, fruity and yeasty with a touch of sulfur. The flavor was tart, sour citrus with biscuit, yeastiness and mustiness. The finish was short, spicy and a bit dry. Decent.
