Jan 1, 2008 Light golden beer with an average white head, hazy with noticeable sediment. Floral citrus aroma, hints of clove, peppery spice, and lactose. Light bodied and easy to drink with a sweet and sour finish. Not bad.

Jan 1, 2008 Jan. 2006 - Very average wheat. Little to no head, spicey aroma. Flavor was citrusy and peppery. Very forgettable beer from really good brewer. Try some of their other stuff instead.

Dec 22, 2007 Free sample.... sweet! Pours a yellow wheat like color with a medium sized white foamy head. Taste is dry wheaty and has a small finish. Not much complexity but decent.....

Dec 16, 2007 Pours a slightly cloudy golden...Not quite as cloudy as I expected. Frothy white head. Very nice lacing. Aroma is generally what you would expect with regard to a Belgian White, sweet and slightly tart, mild aroma of lemon. Taste is very representative of the Belgian White variety. High amounts of citrusy sweetness. This has a great bit more hop flavor than I’m used to in Belgian Whites. That’s not a bad thing though, it gives it a layer of character. I enjoy this beer.

Dec 13, 2007 12 oz bottle poured into a wide-rimmed glass. Translucent yellow/haze in color, and not too much head at all. Quickly dissipated. The taste is heavy on floral and orange juice, with the familiar background of a Witbeer. The hops provide a unique flavor that I enjoy. Overall, a great beer...but probably not the best white for the money.

Dec 10, 2007 12oz bottle from my Secret Santa. Heavy, floral chamomile and lavender initially on the nose. Behind that is a curious scent of pressed orange juice with lots of pulp... almost like an Orange Julius. Pours cloudy gold with a bright white head leaving decent lacing. Flavor was quite dry despite the nose. Dried malted grain and some soapy spice. Medium bodied. Rather firm on the palate. Like drinking very hard, calcified water. After the gentle nose, I expected it to be a tad more soft and delicate.

Dec 10, 2007 Typical hazy yellow/lemony color with a crisp, foamy white head. The head lingers for the majority of the beer and it is a welcome, frothy mix of zest and spice. Aroma is very Wit like and begs for the return of summer nights and unairconditioned kitchens.
