Yeasty aroma with notes of banana, orange, straw, and coriander. Lots of light citrus ester flavor with hints of flowers, spice and a clean wheat body with a moderately bitter finish. Dry, medium body with soft carbonation. unclemike (834), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 10, 2008 12oz bottle. Hazy golden color with a medium sized rocky head. Coridander, citrus zest, and a myriad of fruity esters in the aroma. Perfumey veneer over a sweet orangey flavor, wheatish characteristics begin to manifest. Residual sweetness in the finish, some estery component in the aforementioned manners. Mouthfeel is light, with a full texture biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 9, 2008 This poured a hazy, cloudy yellow color with foamy white head that dissipated fairly slowly. Aroma is citrusy and spicey. Flavor is also of citrus and spice. Medium-bodied and smooth. This is a non-complex but refreshing witbier that I enjoyed. Good summer beer. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 8, 2008 12 oz bottle. (bb 10/07/08). Banana popsicle yellow with a small, receding bright white head. The aroma is floral, with some citrus, wheat and coriander. The flavour is the same. Slightly sweet at first, but some bitterness at the end. Certainly not as sweet as some other Wits. Appropriate body and carbonation. Not bad. dmtroyer (410), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 7, 2008 12oz. Light yellow body with a white head. Nose is very floral, with a squirt of citrus and lemon. Body is verrrry enjoyable with the coriander and clove coming through strong on top of some great sweet wheat. Mouthfeel is fairly viscous and heavy, but I rather enjoyed this one. beerguy101 (3923), Newark, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 28, 2008 This Belgian Wit pours a very slightly cloudy straw gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, citrus and spice. A light to medium bodied wit. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of citrus. The hops are spicy and a touch floral. A milder wit, I would like a little more spiciness. Still, it’s a light and refreshing beer for the summer time. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. gonzo46and2 (108), Tampa, Florida, USA
