Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into an octagonal pint glass. It pours with a thin foamy white head that fades to thin covering of bubbles and leaves behined little to no lace. The body is cloudy with a cool pale yellow straw color. Its aroma has an aromatic Belgian style yeast with a lemon and orange citrus scent. Also there some leafy hop notes and a heavy dose of spice. The flavor has a spicy character. There is smooth coriander and yeast with a mild peppery kick back full of mild leafy and herbal hops and chamomile flavors. Some mild citrus notes mingle in and out nicely. The finish is mildly herbal and bitter as it fades out on a slightly dry note. Its palate is smooth and creamy with a medium body and playful carbonation that tingles on the tongue. This is one of the more complex witbiers that I have tried so far. It also had a nice calming effect on me that after a long day of work. (It must have been the chamomile.) Well done, I will need to get some more of this ale.

Cloudy hazy light pale golden color, spicy, earthy citrus aromas, nice white frothy head that sticks to the sides of my glass. Fresh wheat and mild spice-orange flavors, crisp carbonated mouthfeel, finishes clean and dry, great for the style, very refreshing and tasty, one of my favorites.

This is the best wheat beer I have ever had. It has a nice fruity, and citrusy smell/ The color is great with a good head that stays there. The taste is fruity, citrus, and sweet. The body feels great on the palate.

This is exceedingly interesting within its class of (often boring or unpleasant) white beers: soft flavour, with a little zing to it, and a complex aftertaste that develops. Smooth and not too sour, a rarity among wheat beers. Attractive light golden colour and cloudy, soft yet interesting aroma.

Light golden color......hazy. Thick, fluffy head......bold aroma of citrus and spice. Slightly sweet citrus flavors up front......mouthfeel has just a hint of crispness. Back starts off with many spicy notes, and finishes a little tangy.

An excellent beer, had it on tap at a little spot in Chicago. Very enjoyable, I will definitely drink this one again if I see it

Hazy gold, of course, and a nice white head. Lots of spices here and citrus flavors. Huge spicey orange nose. I like this one quite a bit.

Pours clear yellow big fluffy white head. Flavor is malty and spicy with orange peel and a touch of coriander and even some lemon, I really don’t get the chamomile other than the slight sweetness it leaves, hops are there as well.
