Bomber on 7/5/07 at my brother’s house in Clevleand. Pours out a brilliantly clear orange with a white head that shows pretty good durablility. Aroma of fresh toffee with a lot of citrus thrown in. Medium body and carbonation and a nicely resinous mouthfeel and a bit of chewiness. Starts off quite malty, but the hops come on quickly with bitter citrus and a long very dry finish.

Sampled at the RBSG ’07 Grand Tasting room. Pours a hazy orange amber brew with a thin white head that quickly dissolves to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of distinct grassy hops, a light roasted caramel malt with some citrus peel in the background. Taste is slightly fruity with the typical IPA hop bitterness. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Finish is thick with a lingering grapefruit hop aftertaste.

Bottle RBSG. Green hop aroma. Totally murky amber. Weird floaties at the bottom. Not a fan of the hop variety. Grows on you. Good, not great.

RBSG 2007: Frothy head on copper color. Smells like citrus, taste fruity like wild young grapes.
