joshwilfong (769), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Jan 17, 2009 golden with thick white head. moderate carbonation. crisp flavor with a little hop presence, mostly in the bitterness and lingering creamy sweetness. a well crafted example of the style bkelley68 (467), Lakewood, Ohio, USA Mar 18, 2004 On tap at the Lakewood Lizard: Pale yellow color. Fizzy head, but not overly carbonated. Pleasant balance between slightly spicy hops and light malt flavors. Very smooth. Hops are slightly more present during the short finish. Local homebrew club "best of show" winner earned Lenny's brew a spot at the local Lizard's and at Great Lakes. Pretty good cream ale. Dogbrick (2813), Columbus, Ohio, USA Jan 25, 2004 On draught at the Fairlawn Winking Lizard. I am by no means a fan of this style of beer but this wasn't too bad. Pours a light yellow/golg color with a thin white head and thin lacing. The aroma is lightly hopped. Light-bodied and smooth, the flavor is what I imagine Little Kings would be like if that beer were more palatable. There is a light but persistent hops flavor throughout. The finish is mild. Overall this is an unexciting but drinkable beer.
