Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.
Light unclear medium orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020508)

Mid copper orange coloured beer with a thickish white head. A floral hop nose, followed by a sweetish malt aroma. a very dry taste, slightly floral and hoppy, then a dry malty flavour that lasts to the finish. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).

Cask, Far From The Madding Crowd winter fest. Copper, a few white bubbles that settle quickly. Aroma is a nice blend of citrus hops and fruity esters. A nice depth of yeast character. Pleasant toothy bitterness, a bit of orange pith. Very clean malt, in line with what you might expect for an APA. But with more yeast character. Light palate. Lots of flavor and interest for the ABV. A well done ale. Sampled with Fin--great to meet you!

Cask, Far from the Madding Crowd Beer Fest’ in the company of Doppelganger. This beer poured a warm golden colour. Aroma hoppy and with some citrus notes but the taste was sublime, a real explosion of zestiness and fruitiness, with grapefruit flavours forcing their way through in this wonderfully hoppy beer, wonderful lingering bittereness and a most enjoyable finish. Maybe it was the condition of this beer which was top notch in my opinion, or maybe it was just because I got so much more from it than I expected, but this really was a superb session beer that I really savoured.
