Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 3, 2007 A very light amber pour covered by a minimal off-white head. Gently orangey, tartish and citrusy nose with supporting toastiness, but also juicy and slightly plasticy yeast notes. The frequent English stale bread also kicks in and simplify the flavour deployment. Tea-like suggestions in the hoppy finish. Light-medium bodied, flat. fonefan (4871), Ulfborg, Denmark Sep 6, 2007 Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. [Welsh Mountian IPA].
