Commercial Description:
Cask Conditioned, Regular;
At 5% this beer is the strongest we do, however its strength is well balanced by the hop taste resulting in a very easy to drink sophisticated pint. Crystal malt is added to the usual pale ale base giving this beer a ruby appearance.

Bottled@Fonefan. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sour paperglue, some nectary and peachy notes along with some caramel and mild hoppyness. Flavour is mild fruits, wood and apples. Finish has some fruits, yeast and mild notes of hay.

Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours a golden copper with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, lightly roasted malts. A weak flowery hoppiness. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, some caramel and clear apple notes. Long, staying finish with a bit of hoppiness.

Cask at Kingston BF, 28th June 2008, with renffisch. Amber with an overly sweet apple aroma. The flavour is similar and the palate is sticky, somewhat sickly. I guess some people might like that, but I found it really poor.
