beermatrix (1497), Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA Aug 21, 2003 On-tap: Color is a cloudy pale yellow, lighter at the bottom with a pencil width high head of tight white foam that fades slowly, leaves light minimal lace. Smell is very light lemon and wheat grain, barely noticeable, takes some big wiffs to get anything. Taste is also light lemon and mild sweet wheat, with a light soft bready malt playing near the finish which is nice. Fairly lighter body and texture, smooth and clean, minimal lingering crisp dryness ends it off, which makes it quite drinkable in the hot summer days. Went down easy enough but the flavor palette and aroma needed a boost. Typical brew from Great Waters.
