Jun 28, 2008 Opaque orange color. Coriander and wheat aroma. Too much orange and coriander in the flavor, especially the coriander which dominates the beer. Sweet and fairly thick palate with low carbonation. With all of the coriander, orange, and wheat, this is more of a wit than a saison.

Jun 24, 2008 RB Bachelor Pub Crawl. Cloudy copper with a thin head. Very odd aroma and damn near impossible to pin down. I could have sword it smelled like cheese. Quite the variety of flavors. Orange, honey and wheat are all definitely there. Pretty sure I tasted lemongrass. Fairly sweet finish, unusual for a saison. Not my favorite, but a pretty refreshing and sweet drink.
