On tap at the brewpub on 05/31/2009. Very clear golden body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet honey, pilsener malt and light grain aroma. Sweet honey flavor, some grainess with a bit of pilsener malt and a light grassy hop hint. Very clean. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.

Draft @ Brewpub: Clear yellow, light white head and lacing. Nose of light husky malt, some light lemon and faint hops. Malty flavor, thin mouthfeel and a dry dusty finish. Lotion and lemon in the tail. Ok.

pale yellow, fine white head, lots of spidery lace, light sweet malt aroma, sweet malt flavor, lots of corn sweetness, light bitterness but it’s the sweetness that lingers into the finish,

Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours pale yellow with creamy head. Aroma is corn and hay. Flavour is slight spiced with coriander otherwise mild bitter with a citric fruity note. Mildly spiced finish.

Pale, transparent and colored like diluted canola oil, with a creamy white head that retracts as if cellophane has been blasted with a hair dryer. Herbal butter and lemon sprouts pester the senses along with mild dishwasher detergent and lemon juice spritsed over crescent rolls. Light flavor, but there’s a decent croissant / pastry / biscuit temperament that rings strongly as it falls down the hatch. Mild chomps of sky breeze and cotton Lysol spray gives credit to a light springtime floral palate package. Lighter bodied and free from searing and acidity. Supple carbonation may detract from the flavorless virtues, but it all fades into a mouthful of kneaded bread dough in the end.

Pretty weak brew after you have a few of the other Great Water selections like Mr. Smooth! I would say when I was there, 90% of the people where drinking this, as they all look for the beer that is closest to Mich Golden, which every token person that knows nothing about tasty brew drinks. It is certinaly much better then Mich, but most of those people would never know...

Very weak, watered down, unsatisfying with a weirdly cloying floral note that seems to pervade the whole drink. I would not try this one again.

Good malts, creamy. Good nose, lots of vanilla and hops. Lots of maltiness and more vanilla in the taste with decent bite at the end.
