Förenar en maltig storhet med en fruktigare sida. Ett storslaget bröllop av olika smaker som får ens inre att spinna av välbehag. Sensuell.

Bottle. The pour is dark amber with a small off-white head that settles into a ring of lacings. The nose is malty with notes of dark bread, dark sweet fruits, golden syrup, powdered cocoa and kind of lot of diacetyl/butterscotch. The alcohol is noticeable in the smell as well. The taste is sweet and malty. The malts are not very juicy or chewy though. Notes of rye bread, sweet fruits, cocoa and butterscotch. The finish is mildly bitter with notes of malts, peppery hops and warming alcohol. The medium body could definitely be pumped up a size or two, and the texture could have been more chewy. All in all, it gets a bit unidimensional and straight-forward, but it’s still a tasty beer.

Brown. Airy head, slightly tinted. Sturdy aroma, straight forward bittenress with a lot of hops and chocolate-like flavors. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Dark redbrown color. Creamy white head. Malt sweetness, butter and a tiny sourness in aroma. Malty, fruity taste with a small bitterness of dark chocolate in the aftertaste. Small tartness.

Bottle. Color was dark brownish. The foam was small but rather thick. Nice aroma with malt, raisins, fruit and some syrup. Dried fruit and malt in flavor also sweet tones of caramel. Long aftertaste. The alcohol warmed some, I think.

Malt dominated aroma with vinous tones. Brilliant dark reddish color, beautiful beer. Toasted malts dominate the taste up front, then comes warmth of alcohol and some roasted tones. There is dried fruit in there too. Long aftertaste of bitterness. A nice doppelbock, but lacks the sweetness from caramel malts that I personally like to see in this style.
