Mar 11, 2008 Bottle, vintage 2007. Pours an reddish orange-brown colour with an off white head. Candy sugar, dried fruits, caramel and golden syrup on the nose. Nice! Flavour has some fruity sweetness and notes of roasted caramel. You don’t feel the alcohol. The finish is dry with a woody bitterness. A bit too thin. The aroma was superior to the flavour.

Feb 23, 2008 Bottle. Brown/red color with an off-white head. Aroma: Sweet and lightly roasted malt, caramel, marzipan, plums, nuts, raisins, cookies and some light alcohol notes. Flavor: Sweet and malty at first, then more roasted and bitter. Notes of toffee, orange-peel, alcohol, raisins, plums and nuts. Full-bodied and creamy mouthfeel.

Nov 22, 2007 Bottle. Body is dark amber and clear. Aroma is complex. As aalot. Sweet malty and fruity at first. Later on it´s vionous, nuty and leather. Flavor is sour, vionus, malty and red fruits. Palate is round and warming. I diden´t expect this one as good as it was....

Nov 20, 2007 Aroma: vinous, figs, dark sweet malts, havy... Spicy yeast, liqueur. Very nice.
Appearance: copper hue, clear. Yellowish old ale foam w/ bubbly appearance. Pretty fine.
Flavour: sweet, walnut, malty. I LOVE IT! Very nutty. Not huge but complex, vinous, reasonably dry & full-bodied aftertaste of molasses, walnuts, bitterhops & dried fruit.
Palate: fluffy, thick yet drinkable. Really marvellous. Not that much carbonation but small bubbles stinging from the rustic depth.

Nov 16, 2007 Updated: Jun 18, 200833 cl bottle - Dark amber colored beer with a small beige head. Aroma is very nutty, actually some hazelnut feeling to it. Very strong roasted almond flavor to it, which surprisingly enough isn’t as common as it should be, specially considering how well it works with the enitre flavor.

Nov 8, 2007 Bouteille 33cl. 2007. Systembolaget. Sublime arôme malté/fruité. Belle couleur ambrée profond. Goût de malt caramélisé, levure fruitée, amertume discrète, houblons arômatiques. Excellente bière!
