| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 12/20 | May 27, 2008 Bottled. Clear pale amber, rich compact head. Faint malt aroma. Sweet and soft, mildly malty with spun sugar and cotton. Low hop rate and bitterness. It’s on the sweet side of the style, and gives sugar too much field to play on, but the very soft mouthfeel is very pleasant. screwball (796), Motala, Sweden

The mouthfeel is clean, soft, smooth, bit velvety, medium chewy and nothing less than perfect. Soft carbonation with small bubbles. The aftertaste is subtle and soft/velvety with hints of fudge/caramel, nuts and a tiny touch of hops. Medium bodied. A fantastic Bock, good job Grebbestad.

Bright copper colour with creamy off-white head. Clean, malty aroma with notes of (twist of sour)dough, nuts and faint hops. Elegant malty flavour profile with freshly baked malts, little grassy hops, traces of chocolate and a perfect, gentle bitterness. Suggestions of spices, whatever they are. Smooth mouthfeel, almost oily/jellyish. Great Bock!

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 9, 2008 Aroma: full malty aroma with slightly flowery hops, very nice. Caramel, sourish, but LUCKILY not diacetyl. Sweet crackers. German.
Flavour: full-bodied, bittersweet, slightly nutty, cookielike without being to sweet with a nice bitterness and malt body that last throughout the fruity aftertaste. Slightly sourish, hoppy bitterness.
Appearance: Copper towards golden, clear body with orange tinted, bubbly head. Pretty nice.
Palate: Very good, soft but with adequate fizzyness, slimy and viscous.
