Here is something above the ordinary easter brews. A brown tinted head covering a whole palette of flavors, all from hops and malt to resin and sugar. The aroma is deep and lasting with a long good after taste. Doesn't fit all foods, but goes well with the little fattier ones, not really an easter beer, but to good to criticise for a detail like that...

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a golden deep amber and clear glare, light tan head. Aroma is roasted breadish. Roasted and breadish flavoured, light caramelish. Bitter and roasted flavoured into a mild roaste and slight bitter flavoured finish. Lingering breadish and caramelish impression.

Bottled. Pours out in a clear Brown colour with a dense frothy tan head. Malty aroma of chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Malty and soft flavour of cocoa-powder, toffee and chocolate. Long malty finish of fudge with a subtle spicy hop character.

Bottled. Brown colour with an off-ahite head. A lot of malty, sweetish toffee in the aroma; almost like a Lunator. Rather soft palate, though a bit thin. A roasted aroma with a fine bitterness. Schwarzbier-ish.
