Nov 21, 2009 ( 12oz bottle thanks to blutt59) Pours a cloudy orange with a fluffy, oily head. Smells great, caramel, honey and citrus hops. Taste is lightly bitter citrus hops, honey, citrus oils. Finishes nice oily body with good linger.

Oct 26, 2009 Bottle thanks to blutt59. The look is cloudy, golden in color with an off white head. The smell is wheat, hops, citrus, pine, and good. The taste is pine, hops, bitterness, and caramel.

Oct 20, 2009 bottle thanks to blutt59. i have been trying to track this one down for about a year now and he helped. poured a hazy yellow/gold with a white head and spotted lace. aroma was caramel, vanilla, citrus, and grapefruit. flavor was vanilla, pine, bitter, and maybe a touch of pepper. heavy body with a slick feeling. i bet this was awesome fresh.

Oct 2, 2009 Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy and blutt59. Pours with a white head over a hazy golden boy. Aroma of orange, and lightly faded, but extremely nice hop profile. Simcoe and Crystal hops are easy to still pick up. Tons of caramel. Taste is faded, citrus and passion fruit, with pine, caramel and a bit of tea. Still bitter. Light bubbles. Would be even better fresh.

Oct 2, 2009 bottle, thanks to ericandersnavy for this one, cloudy yellow with no foam, nice IPA aromas flavor has gotten a little metallic with some faint hoppiness and weak malty grapefruit and tangerine

Apr 27, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy orange with white head. I know this was probably a lot better fresh, but I was just now able to get a hold of a bottle. Pine and citrus hops, but the malt has taken over this beer and made it a little more Barleywine like. Still a good beer though.

Sep 12, 2008 Bottle from PUB’N. Pours hazy deep orangy with 1-finger uniform off-white head and great lacing. Nose is heavy piney hops, mango, pineapple, tangerine, caramel malt, and female gymnast feet. Tastes very piney, very hoppy, with tons of tropical citrus fruit, and a solid malt bill that falls off on the malt a bit late, but the hops and citrus fruit continue to pound the palate into oblivion. Rich, juicy palate. This one is delicious.

Jul 16, 2008 Pours gold with a white pillowy head. Smells of resin, touches of spice, some oranges, hints of sweet malt, yeasty. Tastes bitter with some nice resiny hints and touches of sweet malt. Sometimes direct is good and this is definitely a straight shooter.
