On tap at Hamiltons. Black with a fizzy tan head. Great chocolate and bourbon aroma and taste with a whiskey and coffee, semi-dry, and alcoholic finish. Yum!

Sampled at GABF ’08. I love their double stout, it’s wayyy underrated...and this just added another great nuance to an already beautiful beer.

Sampled at the 2008 Great American Beer Festival. I was stoked to see this beer on tap. Pitch black with some faint beige lace. Robust roast aroma with a smooth bourbon vanilla undertone. Very mellow character that slides easily across the palate. Oak wood is noticeable in the finish. Very nice.

I got to try 3 BA imperial stouts today. GF, CBC, and BA Yeti. They are all different and good in their own way. The GF was mellowed, black. Thick tan head. Some buttery oak smell. Very nice super easy to drink. My highest rated of the three.

On tap at Hamilton’s 2nd Anniversary party. Pours with a black body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing left behind. It’s sweet and full of vanilla bourbon notes with a hint of roast in the background. Full bodied, smooth and a touch warming.

Tap @ Hamilton’s during their 2nd anniversary party. Shared with weeobese, darkelf, and wetherel. Pours black with a tan head. Nose is super sweet and overall very very nice. Taste is sweet with chocolate notes, this is a fantastic version of this brew.
