Commercial Description:
This English-style Summer Ale has a bright golden color as the name indicates. Cascade hops impart a floral aroma that is accented by citrus notes lent from Chinook hops. The hop flavors mingle with with premium pale malted barley to create a flavorful ale that is crisp and refreshing.

This is a nice hoppy pale ale from Green Flash. The pour was a hazy burnt orange with a thin white head with no lacing. The aroma was all floral hops. The taste was a little too carbonated but it was nice and hoppy. There was no malt coming through, but that’s OK. The hops were enough to carry this beer home. Nice.

Turbid deep coppery pour with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma of solid hops, caramel malt, and some honey and apricotty fruit. Medium palate with flavors of caramel malt, fruit, and hops.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very citrus and hops. Flavor is a nice mix of hoppyness and malts. Light and crisp but flavorful.

CT V. Aroma of apricots and citrus. Pours a very light color with a white head. Flavor was pretty hoppy but had an off watery note to it. Maybe some chlorine or something. Weird.

yellow and pale, white head. A grainy aroma with a slight mix of floral hops. Flavor initally tasted almost grassy but had a nice smooth hop bite in the finish, at times which seemed sour. Rather thin though, but decent.

Shared at Columbus tasting 5. Grainy hop aroma comes from a pale yellow body. Medium palate for the style. Nice hop flavor with a decent amount of malt. Good for a pale ale.

12 oz. Bottle. Pours a clear light pale color with a fluffy white head with sticky lacing. The flavor has nice citrus notes with a grainy malt balanced. No as good as their IPA’s but good. It’s a well made beer.
