| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 21, 2008 On Cask at Stone Brewing Co. World Bistro and Gardens. Aroma is hops and pine. Pours pale yellow/orange with nice rocky head, pretty clear for cask. Flavor begins sweet and mellow with a hint of grapefruit. Finishes with a great hoppiness, with an emphasis on pine and again subtle grapefruit. Medium body with great lacing down the glass (cask adds to the nice body). Really enjoyable on cask, very drinkable. But, I’m not sure I would have enjoyed it as much on tap or bottled. Ungstrup (15382), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 7, 2008 Not too pale in color, but body is very thin and watery. Has a significant amount of hops for the style, but has this almost soda-water like thinness and taste that really bothered me. pforei (338), USA
