Commercial Description:
This English-style Summer Ale has a bright golden color as the name indicates. Cascade hops impart a floral aroma that is accented by citrus notes lent from Chinook hops. The hop flavors mingle with with premium pale malted barley to create a flavorful ale that is crisp and refreshing.

Tap in tasting “corner” at brewery in Vista, CA: Lightly carbonated, but that’s ok. Golden color. Hoppy nose with light biscuity malt characteristics. Nice body, finally a brewer that has some yummy base malts. I’ve been visiting too many side-show breweries.

Tap. Pours to a golden body with a thin creamy white head. The aroma is bread dough, light hops, light floral hops. The flavor is a citrus hop, refreshing pale malts, light floral hops. The palate is smooth, velvety, easy drinking.

Light golden visable carbonation whispy white head. Light aroma grain some bread doguh. Highly carbonated palate coats well. Flaovr is a light grass hop some lemon zest, a very easy drinking ale. Would make a nice session on a hot day.

This is a rather unimpressive beer. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale golden color with a large white head. The aroma is sour macro tangy with some light fruit and a mildly skunky finish. The flavor is dry and bitter with floral hops. There is no body to speak of and there is a sour macro tang underneath.

Light and orangy color. Small white head with a mild hop-citrus aroma. Slight bite of hops and a flat citrus aftertaste. Not very balanced.

Poured from a 12oz bottle golen in color with a small white head that dissapated quickly. Aroma was floral hops with a citrus note in there. Flavor was a crisp clean hoppy bitter. It finished with a light grapefruit flavor. The flavor did become more bitter a teh beer warmed up.

Bottled. Pours a clear orange color with a slight white head that fades to lacing. Pretty hoppy aroma with tinges of oranges, lemons and pine. Flat musty/ malty flavor. Dry

12 oz bottle, via FlacoAlto. Pours a golden straw color with a fluffy white head. Clear with moderate visible carbonation. Sharp and clean floral hop aroma over a grasy and lightly malty base. Very harsh bitterness to the flavor, overpowering any of the malt characteristics. Finish is one dimensionally bitter as well. Lighter bodied with prickly and spritzey carbonation. This beer was just an all out assault of bitterness. It really isn’t all that hoppy per se, just loads of quinine-like bitterness.
