| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2008 Sample @ the brewery. Pours a clear amber/orange with a small and quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma is grassy notes with slight floral and citrus hop notes detectable. Taste is the same, with nic fruity notes thrown in with the bitter hops that finish a nice pale ale experience. Naka (525), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2008 Pours a golden orange color with a small fizzy white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is grass clippings with some fruit and a bit of citrus. Flavor has a nice bitterness with some peach, flowers, citrus, and tea. There is a nice sweetness to balance out the bitter. Leaves a bittersweet hop aftertaste. bigrond (1049), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 25, 2008 this was a very dry beer. It’s aroa was a little sour and its flavor very bitter. Had a long aftertaste and a low abv.
I won’t be looking for this one again DTM (541), Winters, California, USA

Poured a golden color with a white head. Nice balance of citus hops with just a little bit of malt. Not bad. timfoolery (484), California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 2, 2008 I’m not huge on Pale Ales, and this one is no exception. I will say it’s the best I’ve had. It kept a consistent palate the whole way, and the bitterness was rather controlled. Cheers to Green Flash. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 28, 2008 What a refreshing beer this was! Perfectly hopped, poured a cloudy golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma was delightful, floral and reminiscent of fresh hops off the vine. Taste was full, well carbonated and mildly citrus fruit. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 31, 2008 This offering from Green Flash did not impress me as much as previous ones tasted. A clear deep amber body with a small but creamy white head gave or the aroma of citrus hops, fresh peaches, and traces of malted milk powder. The hops bitterness was evident in the flavor, with the slight sweetness of the malt and fruit mellowing the bite. Very average. illidurit (889), Santa Cruz, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Mar 17, 2008 Updated: Mar 18, 2008Poured into a nonic. Saffron in color with a fluffy white head of 2 fingers. The suds reduces to a cap, leaving some splotchy lacing.
Pretty typical west coast APA hop profile in the aroma. Grapefruit citrus and pine with a touch of grain. Could stand to be more pungent here.
The hops are at the forefront here, reminding me even of some lesser IPAs. Pale grainy malt is at the front of the palate, while the Cascade and Chinook hops dominate the finish, lending a citrusy bitterness.
Mouthfeel is pretty much perfect. Really easy to quaff, medium-light body with carbonation to match. Drinkability is huge.
