Nov 26, 2007 12oz bottle. pours slightly hazed very light straw color with white head. nose is really spicy hop notes and grains. flavor is spicy and perfumey hop notes, more east coast than west, not sure how fresh this bottle is, lots of grainy notes in the middle and finish. body is light. a decent beer.

Medium body with lightly sweet malts, but otherwise dominated by very fresh accents of the aroma hops that also leave a solid dose of bitterness. 171107

Oct 24, 2007 Sunny yellow, sparse coarse head. Wet grain/weed/light thiol aroma, pretty subdued. Very soft malt flavor, very characteristic Cascade hops seasoning, a little cologne-like. Dry, relatively dull finish. Moderately bitter, dry clean finish. No detectable flaws but nothing to set it apart.
