Massive grassy hop attack in the mouth. Full on hop assault and one of the hoppiest palates I’ve come across. A touch of diacetyl, that somehow adds to this beer! Bitterness is unfathomable to any regular drinker of yellow fizzy beer. IBU stands for I Beat U with hops sucker. This is a Bohemian Pils on ’roids. Marion Jones drinks this shit everyday I am sure! | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 14, 2009 Hazy yellow-orange hue, very thin white ring of foam. Nose is spices, pale malt, grass. Flavor is pale and toast malts with a big bitterness amped by the carbonation, grassy hop flavor and high bitterness, finishes dry. Light body, high carbonation, slick texture. A flavor packed Pilsner, just outside the session abv range, still quite drinkable and a nice variation on the style. Vac (2394), San Diego, California, USA

It’s slightly sweet yet biter and hoppy with toasty grassy notes. Light to medium bodied, slightly dry, well carbonated and warming. wetherel (1641), Encinitas, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 12, 2009 On tap at Green Flash. This was the winner of a local homebrew competition. A hint of skunky Saaz hops hidden underneath a bevy of west coast hops. Light yellow color. Nice yeasty aroma under the hops as well. Super easy to drink. More please. badlizard (2385), Berkeley, California, USA
