| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 17, 2009 Bottle. Low but lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy amber body. Powerful hops aroma with notes of grapefruit. Same with the flavor, maybe the hops bitterness is a bit dominant but I do like it. Relatively high carbonation and a long aftertaste. gunhaver (1043), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 14, 2009 Bottle, courtesy kiefdog. Reddish brown pour, creamy lacing and white head. Big on west coast hops in the nose, dank bitterness. Hoppy flavors, some grapefruit, mostly just bitter hoppiness. Smooth and crisp, but very bitter and not that balanced, but meh, didn’t expect otherwise. Good. Defreni (1042), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Dejlig afbalanceret smag med et ordentligt skud humle. Virkelig en lækker øl, der havde passet bedre en varm sommerdag. ChristianScheffel (4679), Odense, Denmark
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 13, 2009 Red copper beer with a huge, lasting tan head - I managed to pour it a finger over the rim of the glass, and it just stayed there like a Belgian ale or a Czech pilsner. Did I mention the lacing? The aroma is notable despite the head. Juicy orange, peach and pine - and plenty to make an ol school hop head happy. Sweetish bicuit-y malt flavour accounts for the red ale moniker, but balanced with some serious hops. Pine, orange and grapefruit flavour and a delicious bitterness with a somewhat violent finish. merlin48 (520), New Tazewell, Tennessee, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 11, 2009 Hoppy red ale with pine and grapefruit notes pushing into IPA territory. Attractive copper body is slightly hazed underneath a medium beige head that laces well. Just a hint of caramel in the taste to balance the assertive hop bitterness. Highly drinkable. lassem (313), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 11, 2009 Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a dark amber with a neat offwhite head. The nose is dominated of that caracteristic flowery amarillo, but also of some roasted malts, and citrusnotes. The flavour is mild and sweet with a light bitterness. The bitterness in the finish has a little more bite though. I taste honey, hops en’ mas some roasted malts, vanilla. The answer to if this is a red IPA is in my opinion...yepper.. ift it not, I dont know what is. Fresh, light and very drinkable.
