| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 23, 2007 Kind of a cinnamon and brown sugar cookie smell to this one, some light maple or barkdust as well, but mostly the aroma is just a simple brown sugar bread crust and overall it’s faint. Hops are present, of course, mostly woody in nature, and the texture is light but not thin. More brown sugar crust and light hops in the flavor. A simple beer brewed really just for fans of brown ales to have something to purchase from Green Flash, and it’s not really anything to remember. bager (2121), Copenhagen N, Denmark
