Mar 21, 2009 12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dry malty, slight spiced and yes a bit nutty. Flavour is caramel, dark and dry with a distinct hoppy liqourice note and towards nutty flavoured. Subdued sweetness.

Oct 13, 2005 Bottle acquired in trade with DarkElf (thanks!). Poured a medium and cloudy brown color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of nuts, chocolate, and light caramel. Tastes of roasted malts, chocolate, caramel and a little nutty. Thinner body.
