Commercial Description:
A deep reddish-amber brew that is characterized by the savory toasted flavors of Munich malt. German varieties of hops are used in the brewing process which lends a European flare that is much like the "Altbier" style of Dusseldorf. Having a medium body and a firm, crisp finish gives the perception of driness, leaving the drinker quenched and ready to quaff another.

Ruby red color body. Decent head and some lacing left on glass. Had a malty sweet aroma. Flavor of roasted hops. Smooth easy drinking beer and does have a dry aftertaste. So I’m off to the fridge to get another beer to rate.

The beer emerges from the stubby 12-ounce brown bottle a glassy deep ruby with a smallish creamy light tan head that decomposes leaving a thin but concealing sheet of lace upon the glass. Nose is mainly malt, sweet and clean, with the start somewhat sweet and the grain profile adequate, the top light to moderate in feel. Finish is unsparingly acidic, the hops fair to middling in their spiciness, dry aftertaste, a drinkable beer, not bad not good.

My bottle reads 6% ABV. Pours a dark ruby/brownish color. Flavor is malty, sweet and bitter. Finish is a little lacking.

Bottle poured a dark red amber with a nice white head and lacing. Aroma and flavor are sweet malts and grapefruit with a slightly hopy finish.

Red with brown tint color. Small froth head that sticks around for a minute or two. Fruity aroma and some malts but not a strong aroma. Flavour is lightly sweetend malt with hops and nuts. Some cinnamon notes along with a tangy ruby red grapefruit taste. Certainly a enjoyable red ale standard.

Bottle from darkElf: Reddish hue, cloudy with tan head. Very fruity nose. Taste is sweet and malty with some fruity hops at the finish, but very light flavors overall.

Chewy over carbonated beer. Some tangy, metallic malt flavors with a watery uninteresting finish.
