Tap @ Papago. Sour fruity peach and spicey on the nose. Cloudy yellow body with white head. Flavor was like drinking fruit juice with some dried fruits detectable. Leaves a sticky sweetness on the palate. Decent beer.

tap at papago... hazy apricot golden brown color with a small white head which leaves behind some spotty lace. fairly dry smelling... light yeast, dried grass/herbs, sweetened orange peels, lemon, mild spice and vague pine-like hops. lots of yeast present in the flavor along with orange, lemon, dust, light malty sweetness and a nice dry spicy finish which is packed with bitter, grassy, herbal hoppiness. medium to full bodied. slick if it weren’t for the prickly carbonation. there’s not a whole lot of complexity but it is very refreshing and easy...

On tap at Stone; poured a golden colored. I actuall really liked the aroma; alot of bubblegum, banana, yeast and spice. Flavor had an intersting spice presence; almost a bit salty. Yeasty and dry, seemed to linger on the palate a bit. Flavor not quite as good as the aroma, but it was very easy drinking.

Tap at Barcade: Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a fading white head. The aroma has some sulfur character, as well as musty esters, dust, banana and very subtle lemon peel. The palate has prickly carbonation, with loads of banana in the flavor. Just tons of high temperature fermentation character and sweet esters. Not that good, but would score a drop better if it were a Hefeweizen.

Tap at Ginger Man. Aroma initially very weird with lots of smoked Italian meats. Once that relaxed, a spicy character opened up in both the aroma and flavor with perhaps ginger and clove. Dry. A little all over the place.

On tap at the Ginger Man. Pours a cloudy gold and wmall white head. Aroma of wheat, lots of spices. Flavor is wheaty with a spicy finish (pepper, clove). Somehow I had a feeling that this would taste a lot like the Southern Tier Cherry Saison and I was right. More wheat beer/hefe like than a saison, but it was tasty.

On tap at Ginger Man NY. Hazy straw color with white head. Faint spice yeast and green apple aroma. Delicate yeasty peach apricot sweet fruitiness with mild spicy clean finish. Light body a little watery medium low carbo with nice mouthfeel. Pretty good but very light.

Pours cloudy yellow with a billowy white head. Aroma is sweet yeast and spice. Flavor begins with banana and dry spice and finishes with a dry saltiness. Overall a nice Saison.
