Draft at the Linkery at RBSG 2008. An unclear dark amber beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of wood, fruit, and youghurt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, acidic youghurt, wood, fresh fruits, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Super - I’m on the way back to the bar for another - but beware it is strong. yespr (12301), Copenhagen O, Denmark
