Dec 3, 2008 Very clear amber with a viscous white head. Spiced up aromas of clove, coriander. Medium body. Unbalanced flavor is astringent spices, clove, fruits, on a thin grainy malt base. Mis-labeled, should be Green Flash Wit Beer.

Dec 1, 2008 22 ounce bottle, 2007, courtesy of ucusty. Thanks! Pours a hazy butterscotch color with a large head, medium head retention and lacing. Sweet aroma of candi sugar and fruity notes. Taste is sweet, with candi sugar, cotton candy, caramel and stone fruits leading into a bitter hop finish. Full bodied. Nice.

Nov 28, 2008 Rating from a bomber picked up at the Friar Tuck in Bloomington, IL. It poured a deep golden body having a steady stream of rising bubbles and a thick head with rings of lace measuring the size of each drink. The nose was sweet with honey, pale malt, red stone fruits, and a touch of oranges. The flavor had the addition of alcohol, warm spices, and a light floral bitterness. Very nice.

Nov 27, 2008 Draft @ Green Flash. Pours a slightly hazy, orange color; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Solid amounts of honey, white pepper, and dried oranges in the aroma. Lively carbonation. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy amounts of candy sugar, dried oranges, and white pepper; a touch rough at the edges, with a bit of alcohol; still reasonably generous and tasty. Lengthy finish: dried orange peel, citrus, and peppery spice; nicely dry.

Nov 18, 2008 3rd Anniversary bottle with a couple of years on it!!! Beautiful sunset pour with solid 2-inch eggshell head. Aroma is yeast, candied fruit, orange peel and lemon zest. Flavor is smooth and mellow; definitely improved with age. Buttermilk biscuit, sweet malt, brown sugar, and citrus zest...a very good brew!!!!

Pours a solid cheddar orange with a nice white head and lacing. Aroma is orange malt biscuit and peach rind. Flavor is bready, floral malt with light raisin yeast in the finish. Thin, stinging, bubbly mouthfeel. Pretty decent effort.

Oct 23, 2008 Bottle Pours an amber body with a 2 finger white head. Yeasty bready and spicy. Nice light fruit citrus orange and apple. Good with a nice warming.
