Commercial Description:
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

3rd Anniversary bottle with a couple of years on it!!! Beautiful sunset pour with solid 2-inch eggshell head. Aroma is yeast, candied fruit, orange peel and lemon zest. Flavor is smooth and mellow; definitely improved with age. Buttermilk biscuit, sweet malt, brown sugar, and citrus zest...a very good brew!!!!

Bottle. R.I.P., Dad. (10-20-46 - 7-29-08) Love you, and I promise I’ll make ya proud!
Pours a solid cheddar orange with a nice white head and lacing. Aroma is orange malt biscuit and peach rind. Flavor is bready, floral malt with light raisin yeast in the finish. Thin, stinging, bubbly mouthfeel. Pretty decent effort.

Nice citrus aroma mixed in with some nice yeasty notes, with a good dose of hops. FLavor is much the same, big notes of belgian yeast, citrus, and some american hops. Interesting take on the style, but not my favorite.

Pours a nice copper color with a foamy head that lasts and laces nicely. Aroma of banana, citrus, yeast and spice. Flavor follows along the same lines, sweet and fruity with a hint of spice and alcohol on the finish. Average carbonation and mouthfeel. A pretty good brew.

Pours a hazy copper with a white head. Highly carbonated with an everlasting ring of foam and no lacing. Smells like bananas and oranges. Full body tasting of bananas with a spicy hint. Reminds me of a Tripel Karmeliet, but cheaper. Green flash has been good to me so far.

On draught @ Gingerman... Pours yellow, hazy thick, highly aromatic with a white head. Fruity, tastes like banana, cotton candy. Fantastic. The more I try these Green Flash beers, the more I love them !! Great stuff
