Commercial Description:
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

Yellow/orange, good lacing. Sweet candi sugar aroma, some raw heat. Sticky sweet, wildflower honey, more heat in the finish.

Sampled at the Impromptu Butter’s 6th cellar clearance. Near clear golden with white head. Bready aroma. Flavor has some hoppy quality but it is very sweet. Medium thick body. Nice amercian tripple, and not overpriced.

Pours a fuzzy off-white head with a golden amber body. Smells of ripe fruit and a yeast note. Tastes like ripe fruit, brown sugar, and white bread. Nice finish.

Pours hazt orange with a 1-2 finger (in a chalice) creamy peach-beige head that has decent retention. Aroma is yeast bread, caramel, citrus, grass, fresh hay, slightly stale grain andsome creamy fruit danish. Flavor is caramel, spicy yeast, lots of grass and planty notes, some metallics, orange glazed bread rolls, dusty apple, lightly toasted bread and grain. Finish is slightly metallic, apple, bread and raw yeast with hints of grass and soap. Palate is medium thickness, creamy, pleasantly carbonated and slightly sticky. Easily the best thing about this beer is the palate which is about right for this style to me aroma and flavor are pretty mediocre though.

Green Flash has impressed me so far. Pours cloudy golden orange with white head. Aroma is malt, booze, and acidic/tart. Taste is somewhat tart with some caramel, bread, straw. Nice and clean with some noble hops. Leaves nice lacing. Another impressive brew from these guys.

Murky yellowish-orange color with a white head. You could smell some type of fruit, some citrus and yeast. It has a taste of malt and sweetness. Alcohol wasn’t noticeable.

The aroma is spicy and yeasty with hops, soap, and malt. The appearance is hazy gold with a nice head and an amber hue. The flavor is like the aroma but somewhat sour. The palate is average for the style. Overall this is not that good.
