| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Pours hazt orange with a 1-2 finger (in a chalice) creamy peach-beige head that has decent retention. Aroma is yeast bread, caramel, citrus, grass, fresh hay, slightly stale grain andsome creamy fruit danish. Flavor is caramel, spicy yeast, lots of grass and planty notes, some metallics, orange glazed bread rolls, dusty apple, lightly toasted bread and grain. Finish is slightly metallic, apple, bread and raw yeast with hints of grass and soap. Palate is medium thickness, creamy, pleasantly carbonated and slightly sticky. Easily the best thing about this beer is the palate which is about right for this style to me aroma and flavor are pretty mediocre though. bradlyc77 (226), Sebastopol, California, USA

Aroma is malt, booze, and acidic/tart. Taste is somewhat tart with some caramel, bread, straw. Nice and clean with some noble hops. Leaves nice lacing. Another impressive brew from these guys.
