Commercial Description:
Rich pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Styrian Golding and Czech Saaz hopping. Trappist ale yeast contributes the fruity, spicy profile of classic, monk-brewed, Belgian ales. Our Trippel is luscious, fiery, golden brew and a contemporary rendition of traditional Belgian Trippel.

lots of flavor that goes all around, tasty with the fruit and a touch on mild floral. it goes down smooth though even with high fizzy and bubbles. high alcohol yet hidden not to bad.

Pours golden orange cloudy with off white head. Flavor is slightly dry with notes of metal, fruity esters and that classic Belgian yeast.Spicy as well as sweet notes. Kind of a Trippel Light - it being at 8%.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright orange-gold color with a trace of a white head. The aroma was sweet pineapple, sugar and candied fruit. The flavor was sweet, tangy, sugary and had notes of apple and pineapple. The alcohol was a bit too prominent. The finish was long, fruity pineapple. The body was fairly thick. Nice.

Pour a medium amber with a creamy head which settles quickly, some lacing. Smells of yeast and passion fruit and pepper. Tastes a little spicy, some banana with a dull malt flavor. A little sweet.

(22oz bottle) Purchased at Brewery Creek in Vancouver. Pours a thin, lasting white creamy head atop a big orange body. Decent yeasty nose. Great hoppiness and yeasty flavours. Similarities to Orval - that very tart dry front and overpowering yeast. I love these guys - great stuff! 8/3/9/4/16

Murky apricot appearance, creamy white lasting top, opaque. Smells of butter, citrus, and strawberries, and pinapple. Heavy butter tasting into to caramel apple and maple conclusion. Lighter version of Three Philosophers.

A- Pours a translucent honey-orange hue with amber highlights, head is white and frothy that dissipates to a thin layer of bubbles, watery lacing S- Nose is dominated by belgian yeast, citrus and banana tones, some bread malts, nice spice tones and dark fruits T- Initial taste is big bold pale malt followed quickly by sweet fruits (banana, citrus, orange) and bitter hops, tones of caramel and belgian sugar sweetness, finishes with a nice mix of bread malts, bitter hops, and warming alcohol M- Medium-bodied, oily texture coats the tongue, lively carbonation D- A solid entrant in the Trippel category, Chuck and crew can do no wrong! I’m a big fan of Green Flash and look forward to all their lineup, definitely pick this one up when you see it
