May 10, 2009 Bottle, 12 fl. oz. pours a golden beer with a very small head. The aroma is all hops, american hops. The flavor follows the nose with american hops (grapefruit). The palate has some bitterness. Overall a good american IPA, maybe on the edge to an IIPA.

May 6, 2009 Bottle: pours a dark amber color with a thin white head, aroma of floral hops, some citrus, taste is hoppy but not overpowering, also has a toasted malt or something flavor which gives it a bit of a burnt taste. Nice IPA.

May 5, 2009 [Bottle] Pours hazy orange with a nice beige head. Aroma is pretty good, with light citrus, caramel, and a lot of herbal notes. Would have preferred more citrus and less herbal. Taste balances bitterness and malt very nicely, with sweetness and the hops (citrus, and herbal qualities) up front, transitioning nicely into malt and a touch of alcohol. Good mouthfeel, quite smooth, somewhat dry, long finish. Overall this was a high quality IPA and was very drinkable.
