Commercial Description:
This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

lively, oily feel, slick feel, full body, bitter, light sweetness, very bitter, lightly sour, orange, cloudy, but overall a bold beer that fits everything one asks for in a great IPA. I love it

Pours a medium orange with a two finger white head. Hops, hops, and more hops on the nose.Tatse is piny hops with a slight malt backbone. Nice bitter hoppy finish. One of my favorite bottled IPAs.

Butter’s 4th cellar reduction. Hazy orange with thick white head that laces. Citrus can be smelled from far away with this beer, grapefruit most noticeably. Sweet taste from the hops as well as the malts, good balance. Creamy and citrusy goodness.

Bottle at the Fourth Butters’ Cellar Clearance Event. Massively pine aroma with some honey notes. Terrifically hoppy, some maltyness to back it up. Lingering extreme bitterness. I’m not even a huge fan of unbalanced IPA’s but this one is pretty nice.

12 oz bottle at Butters’ 4th Cellar Reduction. Pours an off-white head that lightly laces with a clover honey body. Smells of pine, citrus, and spicy hops. Tastes of citrus, pine, and spicy hops with lingering tea on the finish. Good balance.

Taster at the brewery. Dark yellow pour with a big white head. Very bitter, aroma and flavor, seemed a little harsh for my liking, would like a little more balance. Overall pretty decent, but not my type of IPA.

Beautiful cloudy dark orange pour, wispy head with some lacing. Stunning aroma presents hop leafiness and spiciness and develops some floral character as well. Great spicy hop character that develops plenty of grapefruity bitterness. Lovely smooth mouthfeel with good carbo. Fantastic. Just fantastic.
