Wonderfully hoppy aroma, sweet citrusy hops, resinous, very fresh, lightly waxy grapefruit peel. Flavor is a little subdued when compared to the aroma. Nice mellow citrusy flavors, lightly waxy, easy bitterness, sweet, grapefruit peel. Nice full mouthfeel, carbonation is very soft and pleasant, finishes a tad warm and more bitter and waxy than initially present in the flavor. Still a great IPA. aubreya (676), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

And I’d not had this incredibly enjoyable, robust, and relatively complex IPA before. Wow, it’s like a really fresh SNPA with a more floral hop bouquet. Long dry finish is quite nice, and the mouthfeel is rich and abundant. It’s session-tastic! MaltOMeal (653), Land of Sugar, Texas, USA

This pours a cloudy, dark orangish-brown with a thin white head. Nose ifs of floral and pine hops. Taste is sweet fruit, like peaches. Mouthfeel is medium and oh, wow, so bitter! Incredible bitterness from an IPA. Glad I got to taste some of this. lassem (313), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2008 hop hop hoppy as hell.... flowers on a big green field in the summertime- bees humming. The nose is like the peel of a grapefruit. The colour is clear amber / orange in the beginning but moisty with yeasts in the end. It has a creamy and oily feeling to it that must be from the big amount of hops. The finish is bitter and dry. Drop a handsign for the westcoast style...hoppy hoppy hoppy. obguthr (1067), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Apr 26, 2008 Strong bouquet or strawberry, cream, and grapefruit. Cloudy golden, with tons of sediment, and a medium yellow head. Surprisingly bitter and perfumy. Yeast detected on the palate. No balance, overhopped, and hardly drinkable. 45thstbrewer (94), Conowingo, Maryland, USA
