psbrewlvr (15), Palm Springs, California, USA Jul 19, 2007 Another great west coast IPA, can’t wait to try ale smiths,,,,this one is lighter than stones but close to Wipe out IPA great if they could blend em all. Another GREAT BREW Aubrey (2607), Denver, Colorado, USA Oct 11, 2005 Updated: Feb 29, 2008Deep yellow-gold. Soft texture; mildish carbonation, yet still crisp and refreshing in a curious way. Big flowery aromas. Citrusy-orange bitterness. Slight perfume; just a hint. Somewhat estery here and there, adding complexity. Lovely bits of "green" hops throughout. Healthy bitterness balances things out. Long ago I used to think this was a really good IPA. Now I think it is one of the most drinkable and tasty IPAs on the market. I find myself buying this beer more and more as my "go-to" IPA for everyday drinking. It’s simply delicious. It doesn’t completely slap you in the face with hops or alcohol or malts or depth, but it more than does its job as a solid IPA, and it’s got hefty alcohol to boot. I’m really impressed, and I’d say this is one of those severely underrated beers. robinvboyer (1049), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jul 25, 2008 WOW.............my new favorite IPA. For hop heads out there, get this beer!!! Unreal how amazingly hopy this is. I find this is bordering Double IPA territory. WOW!!!!! So hoppy, its almost skunky, i love it!!! anaheim1983 (111), Anaheim, California, USA Jan 9, 2006 Aroma hoppy and malty. Hint of caramel. Golden color. Average white head diminished quickly. Fair lacing. Tastes of hops and a little citrus. Medium sweet and a a little bitter. Finish absolutly delightful. Light to medium body perfect for style and to my liking. Perfect carbination. Overall, an excellent IPA. jimrockford (49), San Diego, California, USA Mar 28, 2006 Tap at brewery and the 3rd of 3 growlers I bought. Another awesome G.Flash brew. Love the styles of hops, floral, citrus, tounge ripper grapefruit and fresh pine. Strong malt backbone and great 7% tart finish. 95% at least
